Description

ผู้รับเหมา : รอผู้อื่นดำเนินการ > จัดเตรียม JSA คลิกที่ใบงาน เมื่อผู้รับเหมาส่งใบเเล้ว รอผู้อื่นดำเนินการ ผู้รับเหมา สามารถกดดูใบงานได้ แต่จะไม่สามารถแก้ไขในส่วนขั้นตอนในการรอดำเนินการอยู่ ตัดปุ่มอนุมัติ ในใบงานฝั่ง ผู้รับเหมา ออก

When a contractor views a JSA task that is in "รอผู้อื่นดำเนินการ" (Waiting for Others), they should only be able to view the document in read-only mode. The "อนุมัติ JSA" button (meant for WO/SO only) should not appear for the contractor.
