admin: ช่องเลือก เจ้าของพื้น ควรอยู่ตำแหน่งล่าง ไม่ใช่บน

In Workspace Area settings, when creating a new workspace, the dropdown for "เจ้าของพื้นที่" (Area Owner) opens above the field instead of below. It should open below for better UX.
