Description
เจ้าของงาน: สร้างงาน > ช่อง PR.No ไม่ควรแก้ไขได้
When Work Owner creates a new project by searching for a PR number (e.g., PR001) and it is not found, clicking "Create New" carries the PR number into the project registration form. Two issues:
- The "เลขที่ใบขอซื้อ" (Purchase Requisition Number) field appears separately even though "PR No. (ถ้ามี)" already contains the same value
- The "PR No. (ถ้ามี)" field should be read-only to prevent editing after being populated from search
