Description​

ผู้รับเหมา : Work Permit > เอกสารที่ต้องกรอก > Part3 ลงนามให้ปฎิบัติงาน ช่องเวลาเริ่ม/เวลาสิ้นสุด ต้องการให้เป็นช่อง Drop-down ในการเลือกเวลา

The start time and end time fields in WP Part3 (ลงนามให้ปฎิบัติงาน) currently require manual text input. They should be changed to dropdown selectors for easier and more consistent time entry.
